Forget the backpackers and international students currently ruling the conversation on migration. Soon we’ll have to put a cap on the number of the world’s top chefs crawling over hot coals to get into the country.
The land Down Under is clearly becoming more attractive to global culinary brands and their big-money backers, with a clutch of internationally acclaimed restaurants and chefs descending.
