Diana’s brother airs dirty royal laundry, but Brits not buying it

The enduring image of Princess Diana’s funeral was her young sons William and Harry, accompanied by their father Charles, now the King, and grandfather Prince Philip, walking solemnly behind the casket.
During a searing eulogy, her brother Charles Spencer vowed that their “blood family” would follow Diana’s lead and guide the boys “so that their souls are not simply immersed by duty and tradition but can sing openly as you planned”.
