The wait is finally over! The makers of Singham Again have unveiled the trailer of the mass entertainer, headlined by actors Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh. From the look of it, Singham Again is another out-and-out masala entertainer from the brand Rohit Shetty that will light up Diwali for cinephiles.

The trailer, at 4 minutes and 58 seconds, is the longest trailer of any Hindi film. It was launched at a grand event held at Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai.

While Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, and Ranveer Singh make a comeback as Bajirao Singham, Veer Sooryavanshi, and Simmba, respectively, in the trailer, we also get a glimpse of the two new characters in Rohit Shetty's cop universe: Deepika Padukone as cop Shakti Shetty and Tiger Shroff as ACP Satya.

For the screenplay of Singham Again, Rohit Shetty has turned the pages of the Hindu epic Ramayana. The film's basic premise revolves around Kareena, who plays Bajirao Singham's wife, Avni, being kidnapped by Arjun Kapoor, who looks fierce in his Raavan avatar, or as Jackie Shroff aptly describes him, he is 'aag ka toofan.'

In Ajay Devgn's mission to rescue his wife, Avni, he teams up with a remarkable group of allies. Joining her is Inspector Sangram Bhalerao, better known as 'Simmba,' played by Ranveer Singh, whose charisma and swagger light up the scene. Akshay Kumar returns as the ever-reliable Veer Sooryvanshi, bringing his experience and savvy to the mix, while Tiger Shroff shines as ACP Satya, adding a dose of agility and bravery.

Before unveiling the trailer of the most awaited film of 2024, the makers released some intriguing posters of Singham Again, the third film in the Singham franchise, and the fifth in Shetty's cop universe. They featured Ajay Devgn giving a death stare to the camera, while Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Ranveer Singh posed with rifles. Deepika gave off tough vibes as she pointed her gun at the enemy.

Earlier, it was reported that Singham Again has earned Rs 200 crore much before its theatrical release. As per Pinkvilla, Rohit Shetty and Jio Studios have sold the combined satellite, digital, and music rights of Singham Again for Rs 200 crore.

Singham Again was earlier scheduled for an Independence Day release, but it got postponed. It will now hit cinema halls on Diwali (November 1). It will face a box office clash with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which features Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, and Triptii Dimri, among others.
