Isabelle Kaif and Sunny Kaushal have found themselves at the centre of dating rumours, thanks to a few Instagram posts from their Turkey vacation that have caught fans’ attention. Isabelle, Katrina Kaif’s sister, and Sunny, Vicky Kaushal’s brother, have always shared a warm equation and are often seen together at Vicky and Katrina’s Mumbai home. But now, fans think there could be something more between the two.

It all started with a photo carousel Sunny shared on Instagram on Friday. A few of the pictures, particularly snaps of cats, looked remarkably similar to images Isabelle had posted in July during her trip to Turkey. Sunny didn’t reveal where his pictures were taken, but the similarities were enough to get people talking.

There was another little detail that added fuel to the speculation. Sunny also posted a picture of the fantasy book Dungeon Crawler Carl, prompting Isabelle to leave a comment: “You are welcome for the best book rec ever.”

That was enough for fans to start connecting the dots. The speculation soon made its way to Reddit, where one user joked, “Alexa, play Hum Aapke Hain Koun.” Another wrote, “Might be a reach but would be crazy if it happens.”

Not everyone was convinced, though. One Reddit user wondered if the similar pictures could be linked to a project involving the two. “Is any movie or collab coming? Why would they out their relationship like this?” the user wrote, pointing out that the pictures didn’t appear particularly cryptic.

Neither Sunny nor Isabelle has addressed the dating rumours so far.

The two have known each other for some time and have been seen together during festivals and family gatherings at Vicky and Katrina’s Mumbai home. Vicky and Katrina married in 2021, bringing their two families into the same circle.

Sunny was previously linked to actor Sharvari. The two were reportedly in a relationship for several years after meeting while working on The Forgotten Army – Azaadi Ke Liye in 2020. Neither confirmed the relationship publicly, although a 2025 report by Free Press Journal claimed they had gone their separate ways.

A source quoted by the publication in June said their different career trajectories were among the reasons for the split. “Sharvari is more famous than Sunny today. So, it kind of made things awkward between the two,” the source claimed.

Sunny was last seen in Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba.
