Dhurandhar 2 box office Day 14: Ranveer film races towards Rs 1500 crore globally

Dhurandhar: The Revenge is set to cross the Rs 1,500-crore mark globally. The film continues its dream run at the box office on its fourteenth day. According to trade website Sacnilk, the film has already achieved worldwide gross collections of Rs 1,435.41 crore in 13 days. The film earned Rs 19.90 crore on its fourteenth day of release, the report mentioned.
Despite a slight dip in daily earnings, director Aditya Dhar's espionage thriller has managed to surpass the Rs 900-crore mark in the domestic market within just two weeks of its opening. Dhurandhar: The Revenge had collected Rs 674.17 crore in its first week of release in India.
Even though the earnings are slightly lower than the Rs 27.75 crore earned the previous day, the film's total India net collection has now reached Rs 919.82 crore, with domestic gross earnings hitting Rs 1,101.24 crore.
Dhurandhar: The Revenge surpasses KGF 2, Pushpa 2
Over the last few days, the film has overtaken the lifetime domestic earnings of several major blockbusters. Its total has already eclipsed the India collections of KGF: Chapter 2 (Rs 859.70 crore), RRR (Rs 782.20 crore), and Kalki 2898 AD (Rs 646 crore). Now, the production is closing in on the massive benchmarks set by Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (Rs 1,030.42 crore) and the Allu Arjun-led Pushpa 2: The Rise (Rs 1,234.10 crore).

India Today, in its review of the film wrote, "Dhurandhar: The Revenge is not subtle cinema. It is loud, unapologetic, and absolutely certain of itself. But within that loudness lies design, control, and a clear cinematic voice. It speaks of a "new India," but more significantly, it attempts to shape what "new Hindi cinema" can look like: fearless, excessive, and unwilling to explain itself."
