Actor Rashmika Mandanna appeared to use Deverakonda with her name in a recent exchange on X after actor Vijay Deverakonda shared an update on a scholarship initiative for 180 students. Replying to Vijay’s post, Rashmika signed off as “Rashmika Mandanna Deverakonda," sending fans into a frenzy.

She also used the same name while speaking at an event on Sunday in Thummanpet village in Telangana’s Achampet Mandal, where Vijay and Rashmika attended a programme to honour high-performing government school students and launch a scholarship initiative to support their education.

During her speech, Rashmika said, “I will speak less today, but today we are starting something good through The Deverakonda Foundation. We decided that we would begin it from Achampet and Thummanpet, which is our father-in-law’s village. Today, I am standing in front of you and talking to you as Rashmika Mandanna Deverakonda. I am very excited.”

Vijay later wrote on X, “Another Good day. Just wrapped year 1 of scholarships to 45 schools – 180 students. Look forward to seeing you all again in 2027 June will work towards making it bigger. Lots of love from us all. Your man, Vijay (sic).” Rashmika replied, “Wait, I’m there toooo. Your love, Rashmika Mandanna Deverakonda (sic).”
