Actor Preity Zinta recently took a trip down memory lane as she shared a montage video from her film Soldier (1998) on social media. Along with the video, she expressed gratitude to co-star Bobby Deol for making her first outdoor shoot in Australia a fun and unforgettable experience.

Sharing the video on X, she wrote, "Look Bobby D what I found. Forever grateful to you for making my first outdoor shoot so memorable and so much fun in Australia

PS- I loved being the third wheel on your honey moon (sic)."

Directed by Abbas–Mustan, Soldier (1998) was an action-thriller that followed Vicky, played by Bobby Deol, a man on a mission to infiltrate a corrupt arms network while seeking revenge for his father’s death. Zinta starred as Preeti, the daughter of one of the men he targets.

The film also featured performances by Raakhee Gulzar, Suresh Oberoi, Dalip Tahil and Johnny Lever.

On the work front, Preity Zinta will next be seen in Lahore 1947 alongside Sunny Deol. Produced by Aamir Khan’s banner and directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, the period drama will be released in theatres on August 13, 2026.

Meanwhile, Bobby Deol is gearing up for his next film Bandar. Directed by Anurag Kashyap and produced by Nikhil Dwivedi under Saffron Magicworks, the film also stars Sanya Malhotra, Raj B Shetty, Sapna Pabbi, Saba Azad, Riddhi Sen, Jitendra Joshi, Indrajeet and Nagesh Bhonsle. Backed by Zee Studios, the film is set to release globally in theatres on June 5, 2026.
