President Droupadi Murmu conferred the Padma Awards 2026 at the second Civil Investiture Ceremony held on Tuesday evening at Rashtrapati Bhawan in New Delhi. According to an official statement, she presented 65 Padma Awards in all, including two Padma Vibhushan, seven Padma Bhushan and 56 Padma Shri.

The awards presented at the ceremony included honours for Mammootty, Alka Yagnik, R Madhavan and the late Satish Shah. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah were also among the attendees.
