Nani's The Paradise on track for September release, makers put delay rumours to rest

The makers of Nani's The Paradise have officially confirmed that the film will release is on track, ending recent speculation about a possible postponement. The film was earlier rumoured to move to October 1 amid reports of pending VFX work.

The makers of The Paradise have officially confirmed that the Nani-starrer will release in cinemas on September 24, 2026, sticking to its originally announced date. The confirmation puts an end to recent speculation that the film could be postponed.

The film’s official X account shared the release date on Monday, September 7, reiterating that The Paradise will arrive in theatres on September 24.

The announcement comes after reports suggested that the film could be pushed to October 1 due to pending VFX and technical work, particularly its CG-heavy climax. According to Gulte, producer Sudhakar Cherukuri is spending around Rs 2 crore on the climax CG, with the work reportedly taking longer than expected.

An October 1 release could also have led to a clash with Naga Vamsi’s Aadarsha Kutumbham House No. 47, which is reportedly scheduled for October 2. However, the latest announcement confirms that The Paradise will retain its September 24 slot.

The film has already undergone multiple release-date changes. It was earlier scheduled for March 26, then moved to August 21 before being locked for September 24. The latest confirmation means the film will now arrive on the date most recently announced by the makers.

Directed by Srikanth Odela and produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas banner, The Paradise stars Nani in the lead, with Raghav Juyal as the antagonist and Mohan Babu as Shikanja Maalik. The cast also includes Kayadu Lohar, Sonali Kulkarni and Sampoornesh Babu, while Keerthy Suresh is set to make a special cameo.

The promotional campaign has included teasers and singles, with Aaya Sher and Yeshanagula emerging as chartbusters.

Yeshanagula, in particular, has become a major talking point for its Telangana folk influences. With the release date now officially reaffirmed, The Paradise is set for a worldwide theatrical release on September 24, 2026.
