Vijay gets emotional while consoling Jiiva at RB Choudary's home. Video

Actor-turned-politician Vijay visited Jiiva’s house on Wednesday to offer his condolences following the death of Jiiva's father, veteran producer RB Choudary. The late producer died in a road accident on May 5.

Vijay was seen consoling an emotional Jiiva at his residence in Chennai. The Jana Nayagan actor was also moved to tears while paying his last respects to the late producer.

Vijay and Jiiva worked together in the 2012 Tamil film Nanban, a remake of Aamir Khan's 3 Idiots. Jiiva's late father also gave Vijay his breakthrough with the Tamil romantic-comedy Poove Unakaga (1996).

Choudary's body was brought to his residence in T Nagar in Chennai. He is survived by sons Jiiva, Ramesh, Suresh and wife Mahjabeen.
