Nostalgia alert: Ajay Devgn celebrates 27 years of Ishq with Kajol

Ajay Devgn and Kajol’s iconic film, Ishq, directed by Indra Kumar, has marked 27 years since its release. To commemorate the occasion, the Singham Againactor shared a heartfelt post. The film also starred Juhi Chawla and Aamir Khan in key roles.

Ajay shared a beautiful collage, featuring him and his wife, Kajol. One of the pictures was a cute still from their film, Ishq, while the other picture was the couple’s latest photo as the actor wrapped his arms around Kajol. "27 years of Ishq and ISHQ @kajol (sic),” he wrote.

Released in 1997, Ishq is a classic romantic comedy directed by Indra Kumar. The film featured an iconic ensemble cast, including Aamir Khan, Juhi Chawla, Ajay Devgn, and Kajol in lead roles, with Dalip Tahil, Sadashiv Amrapurkar, Johnny Lever, and Mohan Joshi delivering memorable supporting performances.

Apart from Ishq, Ajay and Kajol have collaborated on several films, such as Hungama, Dil Kya Kare, Raju Chacha, Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha, and Gundaraj among others.

For those unaware, Ajay and Kajol’s love story began on the sets of Anees Bazmee’s Hungama in 1995. The couple got married on February 24, 1999, and are proud parents to two children, Nysa and Yug.
