Producers-creators Kartick Nishandar and Arjun Singgh Baran are developing a Hindi thriller with Shah Rukh Khan in mind and may soon approach the superstar with the project. In an exclusive conversation with India Today, the duo, under their production house GSEAMS Production, revealed that SRK is on their wishlist and said they are eager to narrate the concept to him.

“We would personally want to work with a lot of good actors, and we will. But Shah Rukh Khan is definitely on top of the list. For sure,” they said.

Nishandar and Singgh revealed that they already have a concept in development specifically with the actor in mind. “We actually have a very good concept that we are working on for Shah Rukh. It is a Hindi film, and probably we might just be speaking to him about it,” the two added.

The makers said they are looking at a genre that they feel SRK has not explored extensively. “It will be in the thriller zone, something he hasn’t done much of. That is also why it would be interesting, especially because he is experimenting with genres now,” they shared.

While the project is still at an early stage, Nishandar and Singgh confirmed that a director has already been identified and work on the script is underway.

The duo, however, stopped short of confirming any formal discussions with Shah Rukh Khan, making it clear that the film is currently being developed with the actor in mind.
