Sach Developers has got the green light to construct the building on the approved land.

Their project plans include a stilt, a ground plus a six-storey building, and the developers plan on constructing it by demolishing the older two-storey property that was standing on the said land.

It is said that the reason for Salman’s family constructing a new house is also security-wise, after the January incident outside his residence.

The property is close to the sea and also offers privacy and more security than Galaxy Apartments. Salman has been on it for a very long time. Salman’s brothers Sohail and Arbaaz also live there.
