Sand Art on Snana Purnima Draws Crowds of Devotees and Art Lovers

Jaleswar: On the auspicious occasion of Snana Purnima, a stunning sand art offering devotion to Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Maa Subhadra has become a major attraction.

Known sand artist Ajay Kumar Ghosh of Jaleswar, Balasore district, has created a grand sand sculpture. Using nearly 30 tonnes of sand, he has intricately carved the divine forms of the three deities with remarkable finesse.

The artwork beautifully depicts the holy faces of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Maa Subhadra while also capturing the spiritual significance of Snana Purnima.

Large numbers of devotees and art enthusiasts have gathered to witness the detailed sand creation. Visitors praised the artistry and offered prayers to the Lord for world peace, happiness, prosperity and the well-being of all.
