Vidyut Jammwal stuns audience with 15-minute open-eyed meditation on stage

Mumbai: Vidyut Jammwal left the audience stunned at a special Street Fighter event after meditating in Dhyan mudra for 15 minutes with his eyes open while holding his breath.
The actor performed the demonstration on stage alongside people dressed as his character, Dhalsim.
After completing the meditation, Jammwal said he had used a technique from the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, which he credited with helping him achieve several milestones.
He also said that he teaches the technique to youngsters.

The actor used the moment to share a message with the younger generation, urging people to slow down and pause instead of constantly rushing to achieve their goals.
He said that learning to remain still and be patient can take people far.
Jammwal is making his Hollywood debut as Dhalsim in Street Fighter, a character known for his association with yoga and extraordinary physical abilities.
The film is scheduled to release in India on October 16, 2026, in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
