by · Bangalore Mirror

Aram Aravinda Swamy manages to keep audiences curious throughout as it gains momentum gradually. Director Abhishek Shetty, apart from making an entertaining film, has tried to convey a message to the audiences on the importance of punctuality and the problems of lying.

The movie is about Aravind (Anish Tejeshwar), a loan recovery agent who falls in love with Geetha (Milana Nagaraj), a school teacher. He lies to her about his financial status and parents.

She insists that he talk to her parents about marriage but he goes to his hometown. In a peculiar situation, he ends up tying the knot with Lakshmi (Hrithika Srinivas), a person with disability. His father works as a driver for Lakshmi’s father. Later, he comes to know that Lakshmi’s father and his friend manipulated him to marry Lakshmi by administering him a mysterious drug.

Meanwhile, Geetha comes to know about his marriage with Lakshmi. She decides to marry another person in Kerala and move on with her life but he appears at the marriage hall along with Lakshmi. He tries to convince Geetha. What happens to him is what Aram Aravinda Swamy is all about.

As far as the performances of the actors are concerned, Anish Tejeshwar has succeeded in all departments - sentiments, comedy and romance. Milana Nagaraj is charming. She has acted well as a concerned lover. Hrithika Srinivas, as a person with disability, has no scope for dialogues, but her gestures and sign language are good. Achyuth Kumar has provided good support.

All the songs are good.

It is worth a watch for families.
