New movie

A ditya, the son of veteran hero Shashikumar, is set to play the lead in Raashi, his third movie as a hero. The title of Raashi was unveiled on the occasion of Aditya’s birthday at Panchamukhi Ganesha Temple. Prominent personalities, including actor Shashikumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police Siddaraju, and Rajya Sabha Member GS Chandrasekhar, graced the event and wished the cast and crew good luck.

The movie is bankrolled under the Dhuvan Films banner by Akhilesh. Aditya said he was very happy to play the lead in this movie. “The script is very interesting. I have changed my name - from Akshith to Aditya. I request you all to call me Aditya,’’ he said.

Thanking producer Akhilesh, director Vijay Palegar said he was returning from Mantralaya when Akhilesh called him and asked him to helm this movie.
