The team of Ugravathara gathered at Sapna Theater to celebrate the milestone. Producer Sateesh and director Gurumurthy felicitated the cast and crew of the movie.
“I attribute Priyanka madam’s dedication for the success of Ugravathara. I thank her for her cooperation,’’ the director said.
On the occasion, Priyanka Upendra said the success of Ugravathara will remain a milestone in her acting career. “Many people, including my husband Upendra, said that I cannot play a cop because of tough action scenes but I insisted on doing it. I thank the director for this opportunity.
All the credit for the success of this movie has to go to all the actors and technicians,’’she said. She said that fewer women-oriented movies are being made in Sandalwood. “Ugravathara is a woman-oriented movie. I am delighted about its success,’’ she said.
