Shooting for sequel

The shooting of Dasavarenya Sri Vijayadasaru Part 2 began at Sri Karanji Anjaneyaswamy Temple, Basavanagudi on Tuesday. Vidhwan Sri Satayadhyanaacharya Katti sounded the clapboard for the muhurat scene while Tejaswini Ananth Kumar switched on the camera. Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) member Naresh Kumar and classical singer Prasanna graced the event.

Trivikram Joshi, who has bankrolled the movie apart from playing the lead, said he was very happy with the success of Dasavarenya Sri Vijayadasaru. “I am bankrolling the movie with my parents’ blessings. I am happy to announce this movie during the Aradhana of Vijayadasaru,’’ said Joshi.

He said director Madhusudhan Havaldar motivated him to bankroll the movie on Haridasa. “We are thinking of producing around 10 movies on Haridasa. I considered Ananth Kumar as my teacher. I am happy to have Tejaswini Ananth Kumar as the guest for this muhurat function.”
