Honda Cars India has opened pre-launch bookings for the new Elevate ahead of its October 6, 2026 launch. Customers can reserve the updated SUV at authorised Honda dealerships across the country with a booking amount of Rs 21,000.
Honda Elevate Facelift Bookings Open
The booking announcement follows earlier report of the Elevate facelift’s October 6 launch date. Honda has now confirmed that the update will bring several customer-requested features and enhancements, alongside bolder styling and a more premium cabin experience.
Commenting on the announcement, Kunal Behl, Vice President – Marketing and Sales, Honda Cars India, said the Elevate has earned recognition among buyers for its design, road presence, driving experience, safety, space and comfort. He added that the updated model would build on these strengths with features customers have been asking for.
Bolder Design And More Premium Cabin
Introduced in India in September 2023, the Elevate is receiving an update around three years into its market journey. Honda’s latest statement confirms changes to both the exterior and cabin, although the complete design and equipment details remain under wraps.
Based on earlier spy shots, the facelift is expected to receive a refreshed grille, revised lighting signatures and changes to exterior detailing. Its upright stance and familiar SUV proportions are likely to continue. A new alloy wheel design could also form part of the update.
Inside, Honda’s emphasis on a more premium experience suggests changes to materials, upholstery or cabin finishes, alongside additional convenience features. The extent of these revisions will become clear at launch.
Existing Petrol Engine Likely To Continue
The Elevate facelift is expected to retain the existing 1.5-litre, four-cylinder i-VTEC petrol engine, producing 121 PS and 145 Nm. Transmission choices currently comprise a 6-speed manual and a CVT. The outgoing Elevate is priced between Rs 11.91 lakh to Rs 17.07 lakh, ex-showroom. Pricing for the facelift will be announced on October 6.
The updated Elevate will continue to compete with SUVs such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara and Toyota Hyryder. It will also take on the soon to be launched Hyundai Bayon.
