Former MAGIC President Creates Women’s Wellness Event

Kelly Helfman is well into her next chapter.

The former president of Coterie, MAGIC and Project has launched a one-day wellness summit called Girls Day LA.

The event, which will be held May 2 at The New Mart in downtown Los Angeles, is tied to Mental Health Awareness Month and will bring together leading voices in the field to provide women age 21 and over with a place to connect and invest in their personal development.

Among the topics that will be addressed at the daylong event are mindset, career growth, relationships, wellness and personal direction. Featured speakers will include Roxanne Kaiser, founder and star of Netflix’s “The Ultimatum”; podcaster and writer Matt Gottesman; celebrity life coach Andrea Quinn, and Malena Higuera, former L’Oréal executive and current chief executive officer of Noyz Fragrances.

There will also be mediation sessions, sound baths and workshops focused on regulating the nervous system and using journaling as a tool for clarity. There will also be mini tattoo and piercing stations, a charm bar, vitamin shots, astrology readings, hydration IVs and healthy treats.

Thirty brands in wellness, beauty, fashion and lifestyle will participate including Sunny Within, Tides Peptides, Bio.Me, Bella Dahl, Cayla Gray, Lifeway Kefir, Molly Bracken, Cleanlogic, San Diego Hat Company, and Threads 4 Thought.

The day will conclude with a live performance by singer/songwriter Josh Sadowski.

“Girls Day LA was created to give women a clear vision for their next chapter, along with practical tools to reduce stress and improve their health, mindset, and daily habits,” said Helfman. “After more than two decades producing large-scale events, I felt called to build something more intimate and impact-driven. This summit is about real conversations, meaningful connections, and providing tangible tools for women to grow into their most authentic selves.”

General admission tickets are $124.56 and VIP tickets are $209.93.
