One woman has confessed to splurging £10,000 on cosmetic treatments for her face, as she disclosed the full extent of procedures she's undergone.

Miranda Wilson, an aesthetic nurse practitioner from California, US, is no stranger to discussing cosmetic surgery and treatments with her substantial following of 566,000 on her @np.miranda Instagram account. In a recent post, she provided her followers with a detailed breakdown of all the work she's had done to her visage.

Miranda posted a reel where she initially gazes into the camera while overlay text announces: "What 10k worth of treatments look like."

She then reveals a smile and proceeds to list her treatments, which encompass cheek filler, Botox, and chin filler. Among the treatments Miranda has experienced are some that might be less familiar, such as Cosmelan – a depigmenting method aimed at completely removing spots and preventing their return.

She also underwent Erbium laser resurfacing, designed to eradicate superficial to moderately deep facial lines and wrinkles. Additionally, she listed Masseter tox, which involves injecting Botulinum Toxin Type A into the jaw's masseter muscles to ease them, offering relief from teeth grinding and contributing to a more slender facial contour.

Her list concluded with a vampire facial, tear trough filler, and CO2.

Beyond detailing her treatments, Miranda also shared a throwback photo, giving her audience a glimpse of her appearance before any facial enhancements. She captioned her update: "Now obviously this doesn't all happen at once! Investing in your skin and face is a life long journey. It's never a one and done."

Her post quickly garnered admiration, attracting over 45,000 likes. Supportive fans chimed in with compliments such as: "You look great, money well spent." Another said: "100% worth it. You're gorgeous."

However, not everyone was on board with her changes; one disapproving follower insisted she "didn't need" the treatments.

Others expressed concern that these enhancements made her "look like everyone else", with comments such as "I liked your face before! Somehow after all these treatments everyone looks the same."
