Linkin Park fans must be thrilled today (November 14), as they have gotten more new music from the band. The rockers dropped a new tune on Thursday, just one day before their album From Zero arrives. As has been the case with everything the Grammy winners have shared for months, the track has become a quick bestseller.

“Two Faced” rockets to No. 1 on the U.S. iTunes chart. As of the time of writing, Linkin Park’s latest rules the list of the bestselling songs in America on what is often considered a still hugely important platform.

Linkin Park shared the single just one day before their first new album in seven years, From Zero, is released. “Two Faced” is certainly the last tune to arrive before the full-length, as it’s only a matter of hours before the highly-anticipated effort becomes widely available.

“Two Faced” takes over on the throne from one of the biggest hits of 2024. Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” steps down from the highest rung on the iTunes ranking, where it’s found more often than not these days. That tune has become a historic smash for the newcomer, and it’s already one of the longest-running No. 1 hits in American history.

Starting in early September, Linkin Park began promoting From Zero, which they announced to much fanfare. Since then, they have delivered four singles, including the just-produced “Two Faced,” which will face an uphill battle on the charts next week.

“Two Faced” was released with just hours left in the current tracking period. The chart weeks in the Western world begin on Fridays and end the following Thursday. Linkin Park’s latest may sell well enough to debut on one or two tallies when Billboard refreshes them in a few days, but it probably won’t be a proper smash, at least not right away. The following frame, when From Zero and its still-unreleased cuts hit various tallies, “Two Faced” could become a sizable win.

As “Two Faced” soars to No. 1 on iTunes, the other three From Zero singles are all also on the rise. All of them lift at least 15 spaces, with one shooting more than 30 in one leap. “Heavy is the Crown” lands highest, as it pushes to No. 17. It’s followed closely by lead cut “The Emptiness Machine,” which settles at No. 18. “Over Each Other” advances to No. 20, gaining the most ground on the platform-specific ranking.
