Linkin Park is riding a wave of renewed success with their comeback single "The Emptiness Machine." The track has become one of the biggest hits of their career, gaining widespread acclaim and charting well across the globe—particularly in the U.K. As the new single takes off, fans are revisiting the band’s older material, leading to a surge in consumption for many of their most iconic albums.

This week, five Linkin Park full-lengths have made their way back onto at least one chart in the U.K., with some appearing on several at the same time. While some albums are only returning to a single ranking, the sheer volume of titles making comebacks underscores the current heightened interest in all things related to the group.

Two of the band’s most beloved albums, Hybrid Theory and Meteora, appear on seven different charts in the U.K. this week. Of the two, Meteora is making the bigger splash, as it returns to half a dozen tallies while maintaining its presence on the Official Rock & Metal Albums chart.

Hybrid Theory is also present on seven charts, but it was already performing well before the release of "The Emptiness Machine," so it didn’t need to re-enter as many lists. The band’s breakthrough debut album reappears on four rankings and rises on three others.

The band’s Papercuts – Singles Collection 2000-2023, which was released earlier this year, is another notable win from the rockers. It lands on six charts, just one fewer than Hybrid Theory and Meteora, re-entering half of them and breaking into the top 10 on the others.

Minutes to Midnight, Linkin Park’s third full-length album, manages to reappear on two charts. At the same time, their collaboration with Jay-Z, the Collision Course EP, returns to just one.

Linkin Park’s influence on the charts in the U.K. extends beyond albums, as their name is plastered across sales, streaming, and rock-specific rankings in the country at the moment. In addition to the album gains, no fewer than 10 of the band’s most popular singles are charting once again. Classics like "Numb" and "In the End" are climbing multiple lists simultaneously, which is a rare feat for hard rock songs that are decades old.
