J&K High Court Forms Committee For Live Streaming Of Court Proceedings

JAMMU, May 21: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has constituted a committee for the operationalisation and implementation of the Live Streaming and Recording of Court Proceedings Rules, 2023.

According to officials, the committee has been tasked with overseeing the implementation process for live streaming and recording of court proceedings in accordance with the rules framed by the High Court.

The move is aimed at enhancing transparency and improving public access to judicial proceedings through digital platforms.
