PSA Hearing of Doda MLA Mehraj Malik Postponed to Dec 27

SRINAGAR, Dec 18: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday deferred the hearing in the Public Safety Act (PSA) case against Doda MLA Mehraj Malik, fixing December 27, 2025, as the next date of hearing.

Official sources said the court heard arguments from one side during the proceedings, while the remaining side is scheduled to present its submissions on the next date. The matter forms part of a series of final hearings and has seen multiple adjournments in the past.
