Netflix revealed a new trailer for one of their upcoming animated series, as we got our first good look at the show Dang! The premise revolves around three siblings living in New York City, the first two being the youngest and middle children, a brother and sister duo who are living fun and messy lives in New York City (voiced by Andrew Law and Poppy Liu), whose lives are suddenly crashed in on by their older and family-favorite older sister (Stephanie Hsu) who's life is suddenly falling apart after making some specific decisions.

Sometimes a Messy Family Is What You Need

The show was created by Law and Matt Murray (The Good Place, Parks and Recreation, The Cleveland Show), who also serve as showrunners and executive producers. Along with EPs Mike Schur, Alan Yang, and David Miner from 3Arts Entertainment, as well as Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Ben Kalina, and Antonio Canobbio of Titmouse. Speaking of Titmouse, this is their sixth show joining the streaming platform, having already produced Big Mouth, Human Resources, The Midnight Gospel, Mating Season, and Strip Law.

Surprisingly, there isn't much else out there about the show, as Netflix hasn't given it the kind of promotional ramp-up we usually see for animated series. Especially coming off the media blitz they gave Mating Season a couple of months ago. The show has been given an eight-episode first season, set to kick off on September 8th, 2026.
