Kickass Trailer for Action Revenge Flick MOTOR CITY Starring Alan Ritchson, Shailene Woodley and Ben Foster

A very cool trailer has been released for the action revenge flick Motor City, featuring Alan Ritchson (Reacher), Shailene Woodley (Big Little Lies), Pablo Schreiber (Orange is the New Black), Ben Foster (3:10 to Yuma), and Ben McKenzie (The O.C.).

The movie is directed by Potsy Ponciroli (Super Zeroes, Old Henry, Greedy People) from a screenplay written by Chad St. John (London Has Fallen, Peppermint, Replicas). It also features a rock score by Jack White of The White Stripes.

The synopsis reads: “In 1970s Detroit, working-class romantic John Miller (Alan Ritchson) is framed by a ruthless gangster after falling for his girlfriend. After spending years in prison, he returns with only one mission: revenge.

“With operatic scale, Motor City unleashes a barrage of brutal action, magnetic performances, and striking imagery, fueled by a thunderous rock score, precision-crafted action, as well as immersive sound design to create a visceral, propulsive spectacle built to electrify audiences this summer.”

This looks like a ton of fun! The cast is stellar, and the music and vibe of the film are on point. This is one I’m looking forward to seeing on the big screen when it’s released on July 24th.
