Alan Ritchson Is Teaming With FAST & FURIOUS Writer Chris Morgan for a High-Speed MotoGP Heist Thriller at Netflix

After the huge success of War Machine, Alan Ritchsonand Netflix care doubling down on their partnership with a new first-look feature deal.

Their first project together already sounds like it could deliver the kind of globe-trotting action fans love, pairing Ritchson with Fast & Furious franchise architect Chris Morgan for an untitled MotoGP heist thriller.

According to Deadline, Ritchson will both star in and produce the film through his Dancing Skeleton production banner, while Morgan is set to write the screenplay.

The story follows a crew of highly skilled motorcycle thieves pulling off daring robberies of priceless antiquities across the globe. Interpol turns to a former MotoGP prodigy, played by Ritchson, to hunt them down.

But the mission takes a dramatic turn when he discovers the gang's mysterious leader may actually be his younger brother, who everyone believed had died years earlier.

The movie blends high-speed motorcycle racing, international espionage, family drama, and blockbuster action into what sounds like a seriously fun ride.

The creative team reportedly pitched the movie as Fast & Furious with motorcycles, which makes plenty of sense considering Morgan and Kirschenbaum helped shape one of Hollywood's biggest action franchises.

Morgan famously revitalized the Fast & Furious series, writing seven films beginning with the fourth installment, while Kirschenbaum served as co-president of production at Universal during the franchise's resurgence before moving into producing.

MotoGP is also officially on board. The world championship motorcycle racing organization has signed on to consult throughout development, helping bring the racing world to life in a way that should feel genuine for fans of the sport.

The project is also another major vote of confidence in Ritchson's growing relationship with Netflix. The first-look agreement comes after War Machine turned into one of the streamer's biggest original movie successes.

As part of the new agreement, Ritchson will star in and produce multiple feature films for Netflix, making him one of the platform's key action stars moving forward.

Ritchson is also attached to headline Maelstrom, the upcoming action film from director Jaume Collet-Serra. The movie reunites two major Netflix success stories, pairing the filmmaker behind Carry-On with Ritchson for a story centered on a federal marshal protecting an arms dealer's fiancée while a hurricane traps them alongside an army of incoming mercenaries.

Ritchson's production company, Dancing Skeleton, has also been expanding its footprint in Hollywood. Founded by the actor, the banner develops original film and television projects across multiple platforms with an emphasis on large-scale, audience-focused entertainment driven by distinctive creative voices.

If this motorcycle-fueled caper delivers the adrenaline, stylish chases, and emotional family conflict its premise promises, it could easily become another big win for both the actor and the streamer.
