Teaser Trailer for THE GREATEST, the First Authorized Muhammad Ali Drama Series

Prime Video has stepped into the ring with the first teaser for The Greatest, an upcoming scripted series that tells the incredible story of boxing legend Muhammad Ali.

Set to premiere this November, The Greatest could be one of Prime Video's major streaming events heading into the Thanksgiving season. Executive produced by Lonnie Ali, Muhammad Ali's widow, The Greatest marks the first authorized scripted series based on the boxing icon's life. That authorization gives the production unprecedented access as it tells a story that stretches far beyond championship belts and unforgettable victories.

The series stars Jaalen Best as Cassius Clay, who would become Muhammad Ali, and follows the highs and lows of his remarkable journey.

Alongside his legendary career inside the ring, the story also explores his life as a father, husband, brother, and son, shining a light on the personal relationships and defining moments that helped shape the global icon the world came to know.

The cast also includes Dana Gourrier, Amin Joseph, Kai Parham, Michael Ealy, and Giovanni Ribisi.

The series was created by Ben Watkins, whose previous credits include Burn Notice, Hand of God, Cross, and New York Undercover. The scripts include work from Josh Wakely, while episodes are directed by Stacey Muhammad, Craig Siebels, and Watkins.
