Henry Cavill's HIGHLANDER Footage Reaction Video - CinemaCon 2026

We got our very first look at the upcoming Highlander reboot during Amazon MGM Studios’ CinemaCon presentation, and this movie looks like it’s going to be freakin’ awesome! The movie comes from director Chad Stahelski and stars Henry Cavill, and I hope you enjoy our video reaction!

In the story, "Centuries after his first death on a Scottish battlefield, immortal warrior Connor MacLeod lives quietly in the modern world, haunted by loss and the endless cycle of violence among his kind. When the ruthless immortal Kurgan resurfaces, backed by a secret organization bent on unlocking the secret of eternal life, Connor is forced back into the Game - an ancient battle where 'there can be only one.'

Cavill is reuniting with his Man of Steel co-star Russell Crowe, while Crowe also reconnects with Djimon Hounsou, his Gladiator co-star.

Then there’s Dave Bautista who is stepping in as the villainous Kurgan, and WWE star Drew McIntyre is set to play Connor’s brother, Angus MacLeod.
