Funny and Heartfelt Trailer for Best Friend Comedy LET'S HAVE KIDS Starring Karen Gillan and Zoë Chao

A great new trailer has been released for the sweet friendship comedy Let’s Have Kids, starring Karen Gillan (Guardians of the Galaxy, Jumanji: Next Level) and Zoë Chao (The Afterparty, Nightbitch), as well as Sam Richardson (Veep), Max Greenfield (New Girl), KJ Apa (Riverdale), Ed Begley Jr. (Young Sheldon), Mary Steenburgen (Elf), Luke Macfarlane (Brothers and Sisters), Lilly Singh (Bad Moms), Amanda Crew (Silicon Valley).

The film is directed by screenwriter Adam Sztykiel (Bad Monkey, Scoob!, Black Adam, Family Switch) in his directorial debut from a screenplay he co-wrote with Ellie Knaus.

The synopsis reads: “Lifelong best friends Emma (Karen Gillan) & Phoebe (Zoë Chao) make a pact to get pregnant at the same time, certain they can take on motherhood together.

“But when their well-intentioned plan spirals into chaos, the milestone meant to bring them closer threatens to tear them apart. As their lives begin moving in different directions, they must fight to protect the friendship that has carried them through everything.”

This looks like a really funny and relatable movie. For some reason, it’s not getting a theatrical or streaming release, but it will be available to rent or buy on VOD on October 13th.
