Singer Shanko Rasheed’s wife finally regains custody of their children amid marital crisis

Adeyemi Kafayat, singer Shanko Rasheed’s estranged wife, has regained custody of their two kids from him.

DAILY POST recalls that Kafayat had, during an interview on Talk to B podcast, called out the Fuji musician for forcefully taking away their remaining two kids after the death of their first child, Jamal, who died three weeks ago.

She further accused Shanko of domestic abuse and abandoning her with three children. A development she claimed led to Jamal’s death.

While accusing the singer of killing Jamal, Kafayat, who revealed that the teenage boy died from depression, called on the public and the right authorities to help her regain her two kids from him.

However, in a new Instagram post, ‘Talk to B’ host, actress, Biola Adebayo announced that Kafayat has regained custody of her children through the help of some well-meaning Nigerians and the Lagos State government through the State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency, DSVA.

Sharing the picture of Kafayat’s reunion with her children, the actress wrote, “Shanko’s wife has finally taken custody of her two children after the loss of her first child. Victory at last.”
