Here are the rest of the trailers from The Game Awards 2025
by Tuffcub · tsaWe have covered a lot of the announcements from last night’s The Game Awards 2025 but there’s always a couple that we don’t have time to cover fully so here they all are. Last year it was all about the Bloodborne fantasy games, this year there’s a lot of sci-fi.
First off, all the headlines from the individual posts:
- The Free Shepherd is a game where you get to be a very good dog
- Pragmata release date confirmed, and it’s coming to Switch 2, and there’s a demo!
- Bradley The Badger is the new game from the creator of Mario Rabbids
- Divinity revealed by Larian Studios, who probably watched The Wicker Man recently
- Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic revealed, created by Casey Hudson
- 4:Loop is the new co-op game by Mike Booth, Sony & Bad Robot
- Leon confirmed as playable in Resident Evil Requiem!
- Exodus new trailer looks Mass Effect-y in a lot of the right ways
- Control Resonant revealed with a new hero character
- Gang of Dragon looks like it’s coming for Like a Dragon’s lunch money
- LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight gets a new trailer stuffed with villains and heroes
- Watch the new trailer for the Street Fighter movie and then question your life
- Tomb Raider Catalyst has been officially revealed
- Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis reimagines Lara’s original adventure
- Lenny Kravitz revealed as Bawma in 007: First Light
- Saros has a new story trailer for Housemarque’s Returnal successor
- Total War: Warhammer 40,000 announced for PC, PS5 & Xbox
- Star Wars: Galactic Racer speeds us back to a galaxy far, far away
- Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theve is a brand new entry in the series with a brand new trailer
- Free-to-play PvP shooter Highguard launches this January
And now for everything we missed:
Decrepit
This was actually revealed years ago so no, Geoff, this is not a world premiere, but it does have a fancy new trailer. Decrepit is a fantasy action game with some body horror and lots of stabbing, and it’s coming to PC.
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie – Official Mario & Luigi vs. Bowser Jr. Teaser
It made a billion at the box office so of course there’s a sequel to the Super Mario Bros. movie, and here we get to see Bowser Jr. being very annoying.
Audiomech
Musical shoot ’em up Audiomech should have a demo on Steam right now, no word on any other platforms.
Coven of the Chicken Foot
Little old ladies are underrepresented in video games, if they do appear they usual end up being witches, and the title of this game suggests that trope is going to remain.
Warlock
Winning the award for “Game it’s really going to be hard to Google” is Warlock, a new Dungeons & Dragons game.
Tankrat
Is it a tank? Is a rat? No, it’s Tankrat, a sci-fi vehicle combat game coming to PC and PS5 early next year.
Nioh 3
Nioh 3 had a trailer about pre-order bonuses, which is always exciting, but there’s a new demo coming in January.
Saros
Housemarque’s follow up to Returnal also gets a pre-order trailer.
Out of Words
Now this looks good, it’s a co-op a stop motion action game for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Phantom Blade Zero
Some new gameplay and story from Phantom Blade Zero as well as a release date, which is 9th September, 2026.
Solasta 2
Some gameplay and the voice cast reveal of Solasta 2.
Marvel Rivals
Grab your cheeks, Deadpool is coming to Marvel Rivals as part of season six which begins on 16th January 2026.
Invincible Vs
Staying with new character announcements, Elle Mental has been revealed for Invincible Vs.
2XKO
More character announcements, Caitlyn is coming to 2XKO and the game is also coming to consoles early next year.
Screamer
Racing, anime, and lots of pained expressions, it can only be Screamer.
Stupid Never Dies
Well this is.. a thing.
Ontos
And finally we have Stellan Skarsgård being gravelly in the spooky Ontos.
