The Indian Educational Theatre Organisation will be organising the ‘ARTintro–2025’ summer camp at its premises on the Hardwicke School campus in the city.

A release stated that ‘ARTintro’ summer camp is a unique program designed to introduce children to the world of art and nurture their creativity.

The summer camp will be conducted in two batches, and the training for the first batch will be held from April 14 to May 7, and for second batch, it will be held from May 9 to May 31, from 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Children above eight years are eligible to apply, and admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis. For details, contact: 9845605012/9945158970.

The organisation said that through theatre, visual arts, and music, children will learn to express their emotions. “Theatre boosts confidence and teamwork, while visual arts stimulate imagination and hone motor skills. Similarly, music and rhythm aid in language development,” it added.

These activities encourage children to integrate art into their daily lives, fostering curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. The ‘ARTintro’ aims to support the holistic development of children through creative learning, said the organisation.
