Pushpa 2 stamepede case: Allu Arjun gets relief in bail conditions on
The actor had requested the exemption from personal appearance every Sunday for security reasons.
by The Hindu Bureau · The HinduActor Allu Arjun, who is on conditional bail in the Sandhya theatre stampede case, has been permitted by the Nampally court to travel abroad and the court also exempted him from appearing at the Chikkadpally Police Station every Sunday.
The actor had requested the exemption from personal appearance every Sunday for security reasons. He was required to appear before the police, a condition set by the IX Additional Chief Judicial Majistrate Court at Nampally while granting bail to him in the December 4 incident at Sandhya theatre where a 35-year old woman, Revathi, was killed in the stampede and her son grievously injured.

As per the bail condition, the actor was to appear before the investigating officer every Sunday between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. for two months or till the chargesheet was filed.
