John Lewis beauty gift set worth £54 costs just £22 - includes MAC, YSL and Charlotte Tilbury
by Charlotte Smith · Manchester Evening NewsAn incredible beauty gift set featuring some of the industry's biggest brands is now available for just £22. John Lewis has launched a Full Glam Beauty Cracker, worth £54, at less than half price, just in time for Christmas.
This could be the ideal gift for any beauty enthusiast looking for a luxury present at an affordable price. The £22 Full Glam Beauty Cracker includes products from Mac, Yves Saint Laurent, Bobbi Brown, and Charlotte Tilbury.
Included in the set is a full-size version of Mac's Silky Matte Lipstick in Ruby Woo. The lipstick boasts a "12-hour wear" and promises to glide on easily with its "silky smooth texture."
Also included is a deluxe sample of Charlotte Tilbury Exagger-Eyes Mascara. This 28-hour "exaggerated curl" mascara claims to offer "nine times" more volume after just one coat, making lashes appear "multiplied and thicker".
Bobbi Brown's Long-Wear Cream Eyeshadow Stick in Golden Bronze is also part of the set. The "budge-proof" formula pledges to stay put for 24 hours, and its mini size makes it perfect for on-the-go application, reports the Mirror.

The final item is a 7.5ml bottle of Yves Saint Laurent's Libre Eau de Parfum. This "grand" fragrance is described as "sensual", featuring orange blossom flowers from Morocco and lavender from France.
John Lewis has excitedly announced: "Amp up your look this festive season with our Full Glam Beauty Cracker. Featuring favourites from Charlotte Tilbury and Yves Saint Laurent, this makeup set has everything you need to turn on the glam."
Whilst this particular gift set awaits its first reviews, John Lewis offers another beauty bundle at the same price (£22) that boasts a slightly higher value of £71. The Radiant Glow Beauty Cracker is packed with four fan-favourite products - Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick, Tory Burch's Electric Sky Eau de Parfum, bareMinerals Mineralist Gloss-Balm, and Lumene's Instant Illuminizer.
For those hunting for the perfect beauty gift set this Christmas, other choices are available. Boots retails the Merry Clinique Beauty Gift Set, valued at £73, for just £43.50.

Superdrug lists the Revolution's Pink Glow Get The Look Gift Set at half price - now £15, down from £30. Over on Amazon, Sanctuary Spa's Spa Day Discovery Gift Set, normally sold for £40, is available for £24. Customers bestow it a glowing 4.7 out of five-star rating.
Anna wrote: "AWESOME product! I got addicted to the body oil and sleep mist! GREATEST! Gives you the feeling of being a luxury queen for the price!" Glenn contributed: "Really good value gift for Christmas. Quality is good and scent excellent."
Diane reported: "Bought as a gift for good friend she loved it and has since bought more." Lastly, TJ remarked, "All the stuff looks nice quality."
One customer expressed dissatisfaction, saying: "I was disappointed with this set. Only the body butter, pillow spray and sleep balm have any fragrance at all - and the sleep balm and body butter not much. The bubble bath and shower oil barely smell at all." Meanwhile, another commented: "Lovely products but so small! Body lotion bottles are particularly difficult to squeeze."
