Streaming giants are reportedly embroiled in an intense tug-of-war to snap up the rights for a documentary about Oasis' much-anticipated reunion tour.

The warring Gallagher brothers, frontmen Noel and Liam, who famously called it quits 15 years ago, are set to rake in a colossal £400 million from their mega comeback with a series of stadium concerts slated for next year throughout the UK and Ireland.

A snitch spilled the beans to The Sun on Sunday, revealing how Apple TV+ honchos are throwing heaps of cash into the fray to clinch this potentially iconic doc: "This is set to be the film of the decade, with Apple TV+ proposing huge money to bag the rights to this documentary."

Apple's not alone in the battlefield, with industry titans like Amazon Prime and Netflix also jostling for position. However, Apple appears to be pushing full throttle: "They are facing competition from other streamers such as Amazon Prime and Netflix but Apple have thrown all their weight behind this one."

Connoisseurs of rock can anticipate a documentary that mimics the intimate Beatles cinematic experience seen in Disney+'s 'Get Back', granting unprecedented access to the legendary band's dynamics. As anticipation builds, fans are bracing themselves for a roar through Cardiff's Principality Stadium come July, with murmurs of added US dates amplifying the buzz surrounding this epic tour.

In another striking move, it's whispered that Liam and Noel have inked a lucrative arrangement, pocketing up to half the earnings from concessions at their headline acts. On top of that, these shrewd siblings are reportedly locking down merchandising and branding deals thought to be worth north of £50 million.

Another insider told The Sun concerning the concession coup: "It is not uncommon for top acts to get half of the bar and food take. After all, they are the ones who got the punters into the venues in the first place. And Oasis will bring along some very thirsty fans."

Another source has spilled to The Sun on Sunday about the potential financial windfall for Liam and Noel from their reunion tour: "It's taken 15 years to get the warring brothers back together. There is every chance this could be their last hurrah, so everything's getting monetised and they want to strike while the iron is hot. Marketing and advertising teams aren't missing a trick. They are capitalising their comeback and everything has pound signs attached."

The last time brothers Noel and Liam performed together was on August 22 2009 at V Festival in Staffordshire. Noel quit Oasis six days later saying he "simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer" after a backstage brawl at the Rock en Seine festival in France.
