The Blood of Dawnwalker, the upcoming vampire-inspired action-RPG from Rebel Wolves, has been given a release date. It’s set to launch on September 3, 2026 on PC, Xbox, and PlayStation consoles.

The release date was revealed at the end of a new story trailer for The Blood of Dawnwalkers, launched on the Bandai Namco YouTube channel. The trailer gives us a deeper look at the story of a peasant known as Coen. His village is attacked by vampires that take his family to an apparent lord vampire known as Brencis set to use their blood and lives as a sacrifice at some sort of coronation. Coen goes to fight them, but it doesn’t go well and they turn him into a vampire in turn.

It would seem that Coen has 30 days to save his family before the coronation and players will go through the game, mastering their vampiric powers, making allies and enemies, and figuring out their path to saving their family and/or taking vengeance on Brencis.

The Blood of Dawnwalker has continued to look like a compelling adventure, made by Rebel Wolves, which was formed by Witcher 3 director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz and a number of other Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 talent. Revealed in January 2025, it has looked like a grand adventure that captures a lot of the action and folklore that made games like Witcher 3 must-play favorites.

With a September release date set, stay tuned to The Blood of Dawnwalker topic for updates leading up to its launch.
