Cyberpunk 2077 2.5 update announced with dual-wielding and new customization

CD Projekt RED is celebrating the release of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2.

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 launched today, bringing about the second season of the anime based on CD Projekt RED’s hit RPG. To commemorate this release, Cyberpunk 2077 is getting Edgerunners content in its 2.5 update.

CD Projekt RED announced that a new episode of REDstreams will take place tomorrow. In it, the company will reveal the 2.5 update for Cyberpunk 2077. It’s also being dubbed the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 update, and will feature content associated with the show.

The tweet reveals that the game will add new cyberware customization and a dual-wielding playstyle. A new promotional image shows Male V back to back with Weak Kingsley, a character from the show.
