A full year after its initial release, AdHoc Studio has announced some news regarding the award-winning adventure game Dispatch. As part of a series of announcements meant to celebrate the game's first anniversary and its 5 million-plus players, AdHoc revealed that a new mobile port is on its way. On top of that, those who own the Deluxe Edition can check out some new supplemental content.

Dispatch's mobile version takes the original game and revamps it for touch devices, as well as vertical orientation. The first four episodes are going to be available for free, but those who want to see their story through to the end will have to pay the full $19.99 USD price tag. The mobile version of Dispatch has a December 9 release date for both iOS and Android.

The Dispatch Deluxe Edition, meanwhile, is getting new content in the form of a new Commentary Mode. This mode will allow players to experience the story while hearing from members of the cast and crew, including Aaron Paul (Robert), Erin Yvette (Blonde Blazer), and Laura Bailey (Invisigal). Key dialogue choices will unlock different commentary tracks. Over 16 hours of cast and crew commentary is available. Plus, there's a new Storyboard Mode that takes players through the full story using original storyboard animatics. Finally, players can check out a new digital art book and four digital comics. All of this is only available with the Dispatch Deluxe Edition. Anyone who wishes to upgrade from the standard edition can do so for an extra $10.99 USD.

Other Dispatch announcements include a one-night concert set to take place in Los Angeles on December 3, new merchandise, and collaborations. More details on those can be found over on the AdHoc Studio website.

As noted, Dispatch's mobile version will be available on December 9. Those who missed out on the Shacknews Game of the Year 2025 can pre-order on the App Store and Google Play soon. The Dispatch Deluxe Edition updates are available starting today.
