Dr. Boruch (Bert) Brown, a life-long resident, pioneer and pillar of the Chabad community of Cleveland, OH, passed away on Monday morning, 24 Iyar, 5786.

He was 77.

He is survived by his wife, Vera, and children: Chanie Hein – Teaneck, NJ, Rivkie Minkowitz – Sherman Oaks, CA, Blima Tuller – Sherman Oaks, CA, Motti Brown – Beachwood, OH, Estie Liberman, Beachwood, OH, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

He is also survived by a sister, Vicky Cohn – Beachwood, OH, and was pre-deceased by a brother, Phil Brown – Beachwood, OH, and sister, Joan Schneider – Long Beach, CA.

The Levaya took place at Eretz HaChaim Cemetery in Israel.

Shiva/Minyanim will continue in Cleveland through Sunday morning, at 2167 Cedarview Dr., Beachwood, OH
