by COLlive Editor · COLliveNeshamos is pleased to announce the soft opening of the Neshamos Emotional Fitness Center, taking place during the week of December 21.
With deep appreciation and gratitude, Neshamos thanks the Crown Heights community for its support. Every individual who contributed—through material assistance, financial support, guidance, or time—played a meaningful role in bringing this vision to life.
Established with the guidance of the Crown Heights Rabbanim and under the leadership of Rabbi Yehoshua Kaganoff, the Center was created to provide a warm and dignified environment for emotional wellness within the community.
Just as physical health requires ongoing care, emotional well-being also calls for thoughtful and appropriate support. The Center offers a range of healing modalities aligned with Torah values and designed to be financially accessible, providing a safe and respectful setting for those seeking support, strength, and healing.
During the soft opening week, the following sessions will be offered:
Tuesday
11:00 AM – Women’s Breathwork, with Miriam Losh
2:00 PM – Men’s Breathwork, with Dovid Losh
8:30 PM – Parenting Class, with Moshe Lieblich
Wednesday
12:30 PM – Men’s SomatiQ Breathwork, with Sruly Glick
8:00 PM – Women’s Breathwork, with Miriam Losh
To sign up for a session, visit neshamos.org/EFC.
Location: 863 Montgomery Street (side entrance).
Programming will continue to expand gradually as the Center moves forward, with the goal of serving the community with care, responsibility, and respect.
