The sale included 22 kibudim, ranging from opening the Aron Kodesh during the Yomim Noraim to receiving honors on Simchas Torah and sponsoring various aspects of the shul’s activities throughout the year.

The highest amount, $56,000, was pledged by R’ Shneur Ezra and R’ Rafael Nosson for Pesichas HaAron at Neilah, the concluding tefillah of Yom Kippur.

Two kibudim each brought in $45,000. R’ Tzvi Steiner pledged that amount for Maftir Yonah on Yom Kippur, while a group associated with the French-speaking Chabad community of Netanya, including R’ Yishai Gabay and R’ Hillel Krief, pledged the same amount for Pesichas HaAron for Tefillas Geshem on Shemini Atzeres.
