Lubavitchers Bring Mitzvah Gifts to NYC Comptroller Mark Levine
Crown Heights community leader and law enforcement chaplain Rabbi Chanina Sperlin and Rabbi Shmuel Butler visited New York City Comptroller Mark Levine at his Manhattan office ahead of the holiday of Sukkos.

Rabbi Sperlin wrapped Tefillin with Comptroller Levine and presented him with the Four Species, Lulav, Esrog, Aravot and Hadasim, the Arba Minim, in honor of Sukkos, as well as a pair of Tefillin.
“Always an honor wrapping Tefillin with an old good friend of Crown Heights and the Chabad Lubavitch community, NYC Comptroller Mark Levine, who does an outstanding job serving all New Yorkers and is a leading voice in fighting anti-Semitism,” Rabbi Sperlin said. He wished him continued success serving the City of New York.
Chief of Staff Matt Rubin and Pinny Hikind, Special Assistant to the NYC Comptroller, also participated.
