Where and When to Stream ‘Ready or Not 2: Here I Come’
How can I watch Ready or Not 2: Here I Come?
· CosmopolitanListen, sometimes it’s better to watch a scary movie in the bright light of your own film. Some of us were not meant to suffer jumpscares in the movie theater, even in horror comedies like Ready or Not. If that describes you, here is what you need to know to watch Ready or Not 2: Here I Come at home when that option is available to you.
The film stars Samara Weaving as Grace, the survivor of a failed ritual sacrifice “game” in 2019’s Ready or Not. This sequel picks up a little while after the first left off, with new rich family members out to kill her. To make matters worse, they’re also hunting her estranged sister played by Kathryn Newton. The games began but don’t seem to end. Elijah Wood, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Shawn Hatosy, and Néstor Carbonell also star.
The sequel hit cinemas in the United States on March 20, 2026 after premiering at South by Southwest film festival. So if that doesn’t scare you–thrills you, even–definitely go watch it in theaters ASAP.
Where will Ready or Not 2: Here I Come be streaming?
The film that started it all, Ready or Not, is available to stream on Hulu and Disney+ already. So there’s a pretty decent, if not certain, chance it’ll land there as well.
If you log on to the app right now, there’s also already a special BTS look at Ready or Not 2: Here I Come streaming, soooooo…
New question: when will Ready or Not 2: Here I Come be streaming?
As of March, the “new” movies that have just been added to Hulu and Disney+ include Is This Thing On and Zootopia 2. Those films were released in December and November, respectively, of 2025. That indicates that the Ready or Not sequel should be streaming by June at the earliest.
What should I watch while I wait?
You can always rewatch the original Ready or Not or check out other new-ish horror movies on the platform, like Smile or Clown in a Cornfield.
The cast is made up of some incredible television actors. Add some of their shows to your watchlist to pass the time. Weaving killed it in two very different shows, Ash vs. the Evil Dead and Ryan Murphy’s Hollywood. Catch up on The Pitt for Hatosy. Binge Buffy the Vampire Slayer for Gellar (and obviously watch Cruel Intentions between seasons just because). Carbonell plays an iconic character on Lost, and Wood has been killing it recently on Yellowjackets.
Remember when Kathryn Newton was on Big Little Lies? She’s also great in The Society, a tragically canceled Netflix series, and as Amy March in an underrated mini-series adaptation of Little Women that also stars Maya Hawke and Jonah Hauer-King.
