Mark your calendars for Thursday, July 23 and get ready to experience “Under the Lights,” a free, public party at Sloss Furnaces, hosted right beneath the historic First Avenue North Viaduct.

From 8 to 10 p.m., you’ll find entertainment, hands-on activities, and delicious refreshments, all under the glow of Birmingham’s iconic industrial landmark.

Watch live aluminum pours from Sloss Metal Arts, where molten metal turns into art before your eyes. The first 50 guests to arrive will score a free aluminum token as a keepsake! You can also check out live screen printing by Yellowhammer Creative, and take a guided night tour of Sloss with a trained expert who’ll share the site’s fascinating history.

Groove to music spun by DJ Dro as you mingle, explore, and enjoy everything the night has to offer. The event is absolutely free, but registration is required to ensure everyone has a great experience, see the link below.

Don’t miss this chance to see Sloss Furnaces in a whole new light. Gather your friends, reserve your spot, and get ready for a night packed with art, music, and local flavor!
