The daylong event will take place on May 1, the first day of Mental Health Awareness Month, on UTA‘s Beverly Hills campus. The summit is the annual tentpole event for Hollywood & Mind, a collective focused on advancing positive mental health and wellbeing.

“At Hollywood & Mind, our focus remains both on supporting the wellbeing of those who work across all sectors of entertainment while collaborating with them to spur hope and scale solutions out in the culture,” said Cathy Applefeld Olson, veteran journalist and the organization’s founder.

“This year, as well as our hallmark fireside chats and panels focused on mental health experiences and storytelling. We’ll be exploring topics that are particularly timely — including sessions on movement and mental wellness, financial wellbeing and mental health in the social media landscape,” Oldon continued. “We’re also excited to debut a ‘speed-sharing’ portion of the program and some fun experiences in collaboration with our partners.”

The UTA Foundation returns as a founding partner of the summit for the fourth consecutive year.

As the philanthropic division of the agency is “dedicated to advancing conversations around mental health and creating space for our agents, clients, and colleagues across the industry to connect and exchange meaningful perspectives,” stated UTA partner and chief of social impact Rene Jones, “we are honored to return and create a day centered on connection and thoughtful programming featuring an outstanding lineup that includes UTA clients, industry executives, creatives, and mental health experts.”

Other partners for the event include Milk & Honey Music + Sports, Hallmark Media, Lululemon, The Fresh Program, Calm and Collected Music Group, NAMI, The Center for Mental Health in Entertainment at Belmont University, First Entertainment Credit Union, Love You Three, Yacht Water, Maybelline New York, Happy Coffee and Koia.
