Creator and Actor Juanpa Zurita Signs With WME
by Todd Spangler · VarietyJuanpa Zurita, the multihyphenate Mexican actor, producer and content creator with a huge internet following, has signed for representation with WME.
WME will work alongside Zurita’s longtime management team at DW Entertainment & Media to further expand his global career across acting, producing and original IP. Zurita had previously been repped by CAA.
Zurita, 30, has built a career spanning film, TV, production and original entertainment. He first rose to fame on Twitter’s Vine with comedic videos and today has a global digital audience of more than 90 million followers across platforms, including over 32 million on Instagram, 15 million on TikTok and 11.3 million on YouTube.

Zurita led Hulu and Disney+’s “La Peor Vuelta al Mundo” (“The Worst Trip Around the World”) as creator, showrunner, executive producer and star. He also oversees a slate of film and unscripted projects through Arco Entertainment, the production house he co-founded. His producing credits include Roku Originals’ “Carpe DM” and his acting credits span such movies as “¿Quieres ser mi… novia?,” “Una pequeña confusión” and “¿Quieres ser mi hijo?.”
Zurita is currently in development with Netflix on new feature film along with a programming slate for Disney+ in Latin America. Over the course of his career, he has collaborated with leading entertainment companies and services including Disney, Netflix, Amazon’s Prime Video, Roku, Warner Bros. Discovery, National Geographic, Sesame Workshop, and TelevisaUnivision and ViX. He also has partnered with global brands including Tiffany & Co., Dolce & Gabbana, Adidas, Red Bull, Bank of America and American Express.
