“I felt like everyone in the world had a podcast, so we just felt left out,” Kevin deadpans in the trailer. “So, we needed a podcast.” After a short pause, Nick says, “Well, I was thinking more that we had a lot of really important things to talk about. You know, we don’t spend enough time with each other as it is. So why not just fill the space between soundcheck and the show with a podcast –” Kevin interrupts: “Where we have to be together in a closed environment even more.”
Offering a glimpse into what the show will be like, in the trailer, the brothers also talk about whether they pee in the shower; what tattoos they would get right now; and the merits of sending someone flowers vs. an Edible Arrangements fruit basket as a gift.
“Hey Jonas!” will feature “real-life moments of brotherhood through candid, unfiltered conversations about family, touring, personal moments fans rarely see and everything in between,” according to iHeart. “Along the way, Kevin, Joe and Nick will be joined by people who know them best, from family members, close friends and longtime confidantes.”
In a nod to old-school fan hotlines, listeners can dial in to 1-84-HEY-JONAS (1-844-395-6627) to record a message asking them questions, which the brothers may respond to on the podcast. Per iHeart, the Jonas Brothers also will release bonus episodes and exclusive interviews.
“Hey Jonas!” is also executive produced by Amy Sugarman and Danielle Romo for iHeartPodcasts and serves as the first title in a new slate of original programming for iHeart from the Jonas Brothers’ production banner, Powered by Jonas.
The trio have sold more than 20 million albums to date and have earned two Grammy Award nominations. Marking the 20th anniversary of the group, the brothers recently got their own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and they were formally inducted into the New Jersey Hall of Fame. They also starred in the 2025 holiday film “A Very Jonas Christmas Movie” on Disney+.
